FROTH-PAK™ polyurethane foam is a two-component, quick cure, closed cell foam that fills cavities, cracks and expansion joints for insulation and air sealing. Air infiltration accounts for 25%-40% of a home’s energy loss, FROTH-PAK™ stops that energy loss. FROTH-PAK™ Foam Insulation kits can be used to insulate stud wall cavities up to 2" thick, cold floors above unheated areas, crawl spaces, attic walls, and ceilings when covered with a code-approved barrier. The kit can be restarted and reused for up to 30 days after first startup. The FROTH-PAK™ 650 kit yields up to 650 board feet of foam. The FROTH-PAK™ 650 kit yields up to 650 board feet of foam (One board foot = 12"x12"x1"), 1.75 foam density. FROTH-PAK™ provides a R-6.1 rating per 1 inch of thickness and R-12.2 when sprayed at 2 inches thick. As a direct result of these formulation enhancements, FROTH-PAK™ 650 no longer contains HFC's, a potent greenhouse gas, and is now a Low Global Warming Potential (GWP) product that is compliant with state environmental laws throughout the US. Further enhancements include a redesign of the applicator nozzles that include increased optimized blending and a controlled spray pattern that reduces over-spray and waste. Chemical curing allows 2 part polyurethane foam to be dispensed, expand, and become tack free in seconds. Foam will cure in 30 seconds, the fastest cure time in the industry. FROTH-PAK™ 650 is great for larger size jobs; yield is 650 board ft.
