Casciana from Italy also had two other items for sale online. I found a leather box made with the same marking. Apparently it's a high end leather/manufacturer or craftsman of some sort. This item is a huge folio or leather binding book with what seems to be really thick pages inside for artwork or documents or something. The pages almost feel like animal hide they are so thick. The outside of the book obviously has scratches but it's leather I believe so...I think it can be repaired. It doesn't take away from the gorgeous gold Gold/etching on the item. It's ultra rare, ultra unique. I know this is a piece of history and will command a huge price to the right buyer. It's a museum piece. I wish I knew more about it. The measurements are roughly 3 ft by 2 ish.. it's big. Please ask me questions regarding this. You're buying as is. I posted TONS of very clear pictures.
