Description: The E30-150-12 motor is designed to deliver good performance and efficiency at an economical price. This is achieved by using four brushes and advanced electromagnetic computer modeling and design. This reversible motor can be used at voltages ranging from 6V to 18V (the RPM is proportional to the voltage.) At 12 Volts, it has a no-load speed of 5900 RPM. Peak short-term power output is 500 Watts (0.66 horsepower). Peak efficiency of 71% is reached while drawing 28 Amps at 5100 RPM. The power output at 28 Amps is 238 Watts (0.32 horsepower). These motors are made from two sturdy aluminum castings and a seamless body. The E30-150-12 motor is 3.1 inches in diameter and 4 inches long. The 1/2-inch diameter shaft is two inches long, and it rides in two high-quality ball bearings. There is a short 3/8-inch diameter shaft on the rear of the motor for mounting an optical encoder.
