Description: Offered for your consideration is a milk glass sugar bowl and spooner made by A. H. Heisey and Company (1896-1957) in their number 1295 pattern. Also known as "Bead Swag", this pattern was introduced in 1899. The sugar bowl is 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) tall to rim and 2.75 inches (6.9 cm) in diameter at rim. The lid is 3.25 inches (8.3 cm) in diameter and 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) tall. Combined, the sugar bowl with lid is 6 inches (15.2 cm) tall. The spoon vase is 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) tall and 2.75 inches (6.9 cm) in diameter at rim. The sugar bowl and spoon vase are in very good used condition. There are no cracks, chips, noticeable scratches, nor repairs. Some of the beads may have rough spots. The gold trim and painted floral design show wear and are weak and missing in places. See photos. The milk glass is clean with no discoloration nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, shear (straw) marks, and other minor imperfections within the glass due to the manufacturing process used at the time.
