There are condition issues: wavy paper in upper middle section and far left hand side, discoloration in bottom left portion of the etching. See up close photos. Small tear bottom far right under the actual etching so it's a tear in the trim of the etching border that is shaded tan. Little bit of wavy pattern throughout the etching. Hard to describe, Not sitting perfectly flat. Priced accordingly.
