It is earky 1900s engraved with period Art Nouveau ribbon initials "ECR". The model number is 1234 (the 1 stamped twice and looking like a swastika). It is also marked 18 in which is its actual height. It also has the BS&F eagle mark and STERLING. There are several "dings", see photos. The unengraved side is actually very presentable. The base plate is slightly loose on one edge and you can see there is some resin weight/fill inside. Gross weight is 1059 grams or about 34 ounces troy. My price is little more than melt plus all the eBay fees and commissions. Free shipping will include insurance in the USA. Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age. If Free Shipping is offered it will be by the cheapest method possible, for books that will be Media Mail.
