Description: A nice hat pin holder or shaker (it has a cork stopper) with a very well done all around floral design. It is maker marked only "GERMANY" on the bottom and artist signed "Parker" on the side. It was probably originally imported in the white and painted in the US at a studio or by a talented hobbyist. It is 4-7/8" tall and 2-7/8" across the base. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear to the gold trim.
