Description: Early American 1900 - 1915 Amber Colored Glass Pocket Flask With Sterling Silver Overlay of Hunter's Game Bag, Crossed Rifles and boasting "Load Up" Written in Script Under the Rifles.Measuring approximately 5.75 inches tall by approximately 3.5 inches across, this flask/bottle has a ground bottom, the cap is incised "Sterling" and "hard to picture" the backside bottom band of silver is stamped 11CC.With the help of our photos, you'll see this flask is overall in very good condition with one small dent in the top of the cap that can be seen in our photos, otherwise no scratches, breaks, repairs or hidden damage. We have not tried cleaning the silver overlay, leaving it as found with a lightly tarnished tone, that in our opinion only age can deliver. We have researched this flask with only a couple comparable flasks to be found. One was a direct match "Load Up" and the other having a sailing vessel with "Spar Varnish" written in script, both of which were listed as 1900 - 1915 ca.Please Feel Free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
