Description: Circa 1900 Ives 256 all original toy motor. We tested and the motor operated 10 volts DC, it did however need a slight spin to start. This original Ives 256 brush motor still sits on its original steel base and original pulley for attaching a belt. With its unique circular design around the coil this motor would be a great addition to any toy motor collection. Overall in very good to excellent condition. Dimensions Height: 5.5" Width: 4" Depth: 4"
