Description: Scarce early original vintage preprinted stamped post card of Austrian emperor Franz Joseph. An additional similar stamp has been added to pay postage from Austria to the United States. Post Card measures 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches and is in fair condition with a few bends, a small tear at top and edge wear. Back has message and is postmarked March 31, 1912 (see scans).
