Early french consular cased verge fusee pocket watch silver w/ gold enamel dial

Description: Case ~ It measures across the case 58 mm it measures across the face 49 mm it has a small dial to the upper left with the days of the month it has a small dial to the upper right with the days of the week& gold enameled flowers on the face enameled cobalt scene with white decoration on the lower face ( man & woman fishing) key wind in the middle right section by the #3 gold dots by the face numbers (12 through 11) above the 12 is the number 60, 3 with 45, 6 with 30, 9 with 45 outer case hinged to the left inner workings hinged at the top, clasp works good back case numbered 5848 at the top, E or F P initials in the center, 11426 near the bottom The face has a chip just above the key wind extending into the weekday dial and has a hairline crack 10 mm long extending below the 3 Inner workings~ beautiful brass? floral embossed top plate 6.5 mm thick 18mm long by 22mm pierced 2 footed balance cock? with a silver piece with a pointed end (pointing to a round silver dial with the words retard avance on it). Under this plate is a 3 arm wheel that mones back and forth when tilted. This silver piece looks to have a champagne colored 2 mm diamond in the center. the round silver dial has a square design around the edge with a key wind knob that comes up through the center. Retard & avance are written in fancy script fancy pilars between the two sections chain intact for monement #516 on bottom brass plate I had a master watch maker do some work on the piece and he replaced the missing and damaged hand along with replaced the crystal.
