Description: Early Bubblecut Straight Leg Barbie 1963 Midge Stamped. Vintage Original estimated 1963 Barbie Golden Blonde Bubblecut Doll with the Midge above Barbie copyright on its backside: “Midge T.M. (c) 1962 Barbie® (c) 1958 by Mattel, Inc. The word Japan is in the sole of the right foot, running from heel to toe. Arms and straight legs move; widely known as Bubblecut hair, it has a tight bouffant hairdo in golden blonde, blue eyes, and full watermelon coral lips. Limbs and torso are differ shades which is common in vintage Barbie. Condition: Small vinyl neck split; paint wearing off on eyebrows, eyeliner, eyelashes and lips; vinyl wear around eyes; fingernail polish is present but faded (light red stains on one hand indicate its nails were likely re-painted at some point).  Hair is in excellent condition. No earrings and NO green discoloration. Body is in good condition with a few typical scuffs from general from use and age, and minor grime from storage. No apparel
