Description: This is an early scrimshaw handle knife by Ross Westgate of Oregon. It is signed on the blade as are many of his knives today. The scrimshaw on the deer antler handle is of a cougar overlooking a mountain valley. The initials B.B. etched in the handle butt could easily be sanded out or changed to your initials. The blade is stainless steel and is approximately 2 3/4" long. The overall length is 71/2". This sale includes a leather sheath.
