This is wax Bag and new and unused.. This was stored for years in a box and retains great color and is in nice condition, not brittle at all, this is new old stock and is still very nice, not perfect, maybe a minor mark here or there and only the lightest tanning around the edges. Looks much nicer in person, picture is a bit yellow, bag isn't... These are for adult collectors.
