Shipment via freight to residential address there is a $45 fee and if you require a lift gate there's a $55 fee, Freight shipments being delivered to schools, hospitals, construction site, gated community, airports or restricted areas additional fee $65 in addition to your shipping fee. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee.
