Heater and all parts are connected and computer tested for at least 1hrs for any running problems before being dispatched it you have problems contact me on number provided .if found faulty please return to us and we will test for faults obviously if the fault is caused by wrong installation then you will be responsible for repairs and carriage back . Returns at our discretion and only accepted if unused not interfered with and not damaged handling charge may apply,any damage to heater during or a bad installation buyer shall be charged the cost of repairs and carriage back . but we will try to help you as best we can thats what we do .
