Description: Up for sale is a very nice E.C. Powell bamboo casting rod. This rod is in good shape; however, the first guide on the tip section will need to be rewrapped. Also, the tip-section has a set and the screw on the butt-cap has rust on it. The ferrules fit nicely. This rod comes with the brass capped tube and the sock.
