This is a heavier, round, gold tone metal medallion style buckle with detailed artwork and darkened accents, made by Napoleon Empereur, in the 1970s. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-7/8" x 2-7/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 5.8 oz.
