Dark brown cloth boards with blind-stamped frame to boards and gilt title to front. Rubbing to extremities, with chips to head and tail of spine. Much of the gilt title has turned deep green. Corners nudged and showing. Some edge wrinkling and browning. Faded tidelines to bottom fore-edge corner of first report; tidelines to fore-edge of rear endpapers. Maps and charts are clean, but seams are tender; some light browning and closed tears to map seams and to bottom left corners (against the hinge). Good.
