Edwardian Charmeuse Silk Gown w Train Crochet Irish Lace Gold boullion 28W

Description: Lots of charm to this vintage Edwardian 1910s gown lovely charmeuse silk fabric in an ivory to light ecru color ecru embroidered eyelet netting on the bodice & front of the skirt lots of gold bullion trim, trims the skirt, peplum, sleeves & neckline gold metallic lace is sewn over the shoulders, sleeve edge & across the front of the skirt 3/4 sleeves long Ve peplum over the train lots of pin tucks on the bodice off white crochet Irish lace collar & down the sleeves back side of the sleeves has small vertical pleats 2 big rosettes made out of tissue silk on the back sides, these are trimmed in silver bullion with silver metal tassels bodice is boned & hooks up the back with small brass hooks very wearable WITH CARE, dress is over 100 yrs old & the fabric seems good but might rip easily from age issues are: the waist line looks to be unfinished, probably meant to have a belt or sash the right side of the bodice seems to hang down more than the left side there are age related yellow stains, I have not attempted to clean this gown there is a break on the back of the collar in the lace some hooks missing small hole on the front neckline netting, there is a piece of this netting under the peplum that could be used to seam in to fix this pin hole on train still a wonderful example of the Edwardian era with minor fixable issues for its age All measurements are the MAX the garment will go!, measurements are taken on garment lying flat and then doubled, so PLEASE no returns for non fitting, they are all stated clearly in the listing THIS DRESS IS BEING SOLD AS IS, ALL ISSUES ARE NOTED, SO PLEASE NO RETURNS ON THIS ONE!
