Possibly the most famous fighting knife in the world is the kukri, the wickedly curved kukri of the Gurkha's of Nepal. In the wartime, the sight of this terrifying Khukuri in the hands of the Gurkha soldiers was enough to bring the enemy at their wit’s ends. This Kukri is a very famous knife among tourists and collectors because of the fact that it was actually used by Gurkha during world wars. This Kukri knife played a very significant role in creating the history of the Gurkha's and Nepal. This Kukri was also great to use for any kind of heavy or light duty. This Khukuri however, has a uniquely distinct handle where the metal of the blade in the handle area is flat and not narrow and pointed as in other knives (full flat tang).
