Both cars are complete and have running motors. Some of the body parts are unused old stock. On the yellow car the left rear fender has been glued since the body is missing the tab there that normally would hold that fender. On the red car the right rear fender forward tab has been glued in place. Both cars have rear tires that are new old stock, so their rubber should be fresh enough to use. The motors run well when the braids are touched to a transformer terminal screws, but the cars haven't been tested on a track and might require some tweaking to get them running well. The body parts come off very easily so please note that some reassembly will likely be required after shipment, and you might want to spot glue the parts in place if you just want these as a shelf models.
