Description: Contactless ignition system with a coil for moto MT Dnepr Ural BMW K-750 \ 6-12 volt 135 3734 Characteristics and descriptionGeneral informationNon-contact ignition system (BSZ) 135.3734 is designed to work in the ignition system of 2-cylinder carburetor engines of motorcycles of the "Ural" and "Dnepr" types of all modifications with a 12-volt electrical system, instead of serial contact (PM302 interrupter) and non-contact ignition systems (sensor 17.3847, switch 47.3734).The non-contact ignition system is designed to improve the performance of your motorcycle by:- Improved starting in cold weather;- the stability of the engine due to the reduction of the asynchronism of sparks andstability of characteristics of advancing the moment of sparking in time;- reducing the toxicity of exhaust gases, fuel consumption and carbon deposits on candlesdue to the increase in the inductive phase of the spark;- stable start of the engine when the battery voltage dropsbatteries up to 6 V;- reducing the complexity of installation and maintenance of the BSZ;- limiting the magnitude of the current and the time of its flow through the primary windingignition coils to prevent it from overheating and battery discharge. The best spark discharge parameters are provided with coil 135.3705, specially designed for this system, however, the module is operable with any other motorcycle ignition coils (B 204, B 201).This ignition system is applied for work in the 12V electric system of BMW, M72, K750, Dnepr12(MT8\9) and Ural (M61, M62) engines instead of contact ignition system (breaker PM05, ignition coil B2B and contactless system )The electronic control of the moment of sparking used in the BSZ ensures stable operation of the system in all standard modes of the motorcycle robot. Technical details1. Rated supply voltage 12V with grounded "minus" of the battery.2. Current consumption with the ignition on and the engine off does not exceed 0.15 A.3. The module ensures uninterrupted sparking when the voltage in the on-board network changes from 6V to 16V, while the voltage on the spark plugs does not change and reaches 17 kV.4. The module provides uninterrupted sparking at a crankshaft speed of up to 7000 rpm, while the current consumption does not exceed 1.5 A.5. The ignition system is operational in the range of ambient temperatures from -25 to +85 degrees C. The BSZ is mounted on a motorcycle using the fasteners included in the delivery.
