The image depicts a famous 1933 WIPA (Wiener Internationale Postwertzeichen Ausstellung) semi postal stamp or the AUSTRIA 1933 WIPA. At the bottom of the poster the description printing reads: "1933 Austria issue in connection with the International Philatelic Exhibition at Vienna, Catalog # 8110" and publisher information "R 1971, Lou-Lair House P.O. Box...) Printed in 1971, each print has been stored for over 50 years in a temperature and humidity controlled environment and are as vivid and crisp as the day the were printed.
