Make sure to check out my other 100 guitars at my ebay store "Axes Bold As Love Guitars". Here is a very cool Epiphone LP Special in a Cherry Sunburst finish with some nice upgrades. The guitar is in very good condition with just mild surface scratches and some pin head size chips on the front . Also has a chip on the top right hand tip of the headstock that has been touched up. I traded out the stock closed back tuners for some nice Kluson style tuners[ you can still see some of the holes left from the old tuners if you look at the back of the headstock]. Next I did a quick set up to get some nice low action going on. I put in some of the fake Seymour Duncan Black/Cream Zebra Humbuckers from China because I wanted to try them out, they meter around 7.5k-neck, 15.5k bridge. I replaced the stock tone control with a push/pull tone control so you can split the humbuckers into single coils by just pulling up on the tone control knob. I also upgraded the tone control capacitor. The pickups sound pretty darn good for not being the real deal. The neck shows near zero fret wear. Action is great. Guitar looks,plays,and sounds great.
