Description: ER2188 is a flame retardant, general purpose, two-part potting and encapsulating compound. The volume is nearly 5 gallons of material. This material is excellent for potting of circuit boards and other types of PCBs. This material is an excellent choice for full encapsulation. The system utilizes a hardener free of DDM and other aromatic amines. The flame retardant technology uses is of a 'clean' type leading to relatively low toxicity fumes and low smoke emission. The material can be hand mixed, or mixed with an automated potting dispenser machine from Michaels Engineering. We have over 100 of these containers available.
