It powers up, prints a test page. HOWEVER when put in service it will print first ticket and a red error light will come on and blink slowly without a pattern (e.g., 3 quick blinks, one slow). If you turn off the printer, it will again print the first ticket it receives and then go into error mode. For this reason, this printer, although Like New cosmetically is being SOLD for PARTS.
