Fraying of fabric on back fore edge middle. Fabric ripped and fraying at top/bottom of spine. Fabric ripped and fraying along front edge of spine in 2 places. Ding to back fore edge middle. Ink on fabric fading, especially on spine and edges. Some dried stains on front board. Front and back hinges feel a bit tender towards bottoms, but paper in gutter intact and no splitting or cracking is visible, and overall hinges feel firm. Previous owner name and book plate on front endpaper, along with sticky note with some text on it. Some pencil writing on back endpaper. Pages appear clean and clear of highlighting, writing, markings, underlining, or notable damage or staining. Binding good.
