Description: In very nice Vintage Condition with a beautiful patina. Beautiful hand carved shell cameo Brooch/Pendant, set on a 12 K Gold Filled filigree frame that is hallmarked 1/20 12 K GF. It measures approximately 1 3/8" x 1 1/8" and weighs 6.0 grams. There is a loop attached so it could be worn with a chain as a pendant.
