Ethel Merman Christmas Note to Kay Medford SIGNED, ALS on her Stationary, 1975

Description: Ethel MermanSigned Letter Up for auction is an autographed letter signed by Ethel Merman. It was personally written by Miss Merman, in red ink, on her own personal stationary. The brief note is a Christmas Greeting to her friend, the actress Kay Medford, which reads: "Dear Kay - Have a Merry! Merry! Love - Ethel". The piece of stationary was folded in half, and measures approximately 5.75 by 3.875 inches in size (as folded). Included is the original mailing envelope, addressed to Miss Medford, and postmarked December 2, 1975. The note card is in great, vintage condition, with no rips, tears, writing or damage, and minimal wear. However, there are a couple of stray marks of soiling across the front of the note card. At this time and over the next few months, I will be selling a number of vintage heralds, playbills, souvenir programs, as well as other movie and theatre memorabilia, and will combine shipping if at all possible.
