Description: This detailed carving is made by Eugene Dallas. It has some nice details that are carved, and some that are painted on. The bottom has an "02" or "oz" between the arrows. I'm assuming this is a date of 2002. It's in near mint condition, with an impression on the side (see photo). The back has a faint scratch, which could be from when the piece of wood was being prepared for carving.
