Description: This is a rare eight-page advertising herald (flyer) promoting the National Tour engagement of the EUGENE O'NEILL trilogy "MOURNING BECOMES ELECTRA" at the Nixon Theatre in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania beginning January 18th, 1932. (The production opened October 26th, 1931 at New York's Guild Theatre, transferred on February 29th, 1932 to the Alvin Theatre and ran for 150 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) ..... The production was composed of three plays, presented on a single day, "HOMECOMING", "THE HUNTED" and "THE HAUNTED", with the first and second plays separated by a Dinner Intermission.
