Description: Rare and difficult to find European mezuzah. Early 20th century. Likely manufactured from tin. Heavy weight with window to see the scroll.. Consists of a closed tube, a scroll, and a cross piece to attach the massager to the door. I am unable to open the mezuzah. The scroll is old and has been exposed to the elements and is therefore probably not considered kosher. European mezuzahs are exceptionally rare as most of these were on homes that were destroyed. Dimensions Length =4 1/16th Condition: has corrosion on the front. Unable to open to replace scroll. Evidence of soldering on the reverse. Scroll is likely destroyed.
