This is famed stunt performer Evel Knievel's 1974 jump of Snake River Canyon captured on the very rare Karex Silverchrome (Betamax) videocassette! Betamax videocassettes were the main competition to VHS players and tapes back in the late 70s and lost out to the popularity of the VHS players and tapes by the 80s. Accordingly, please note this videocassette can only be played on a Betamax recorder and will not work on a "standard" VCR. Sony stopped making new Betamax videocassettes in 2016, so this is a very unique item. The videocassette comes with the displayed Karex case. The case measurements are: length of 10 inches, width of 7 inches, and depth of 1.5 inches. The videocassette measurements are: length of 8.75 inches, width of 5.5 inches, and depth of 1.25 inches. This is a Karex SC30 videocassette with a 30-minute duration. Note that this item belongs to my friend's grandmother, and all proceeds from the sale will go towards her medical care.
