Description: This is an Estate Find. I think it is from Germany in the 1800s but I dolniw much about it. There is a board 11” x 7” with an old information sheet adhered describing The Excelsior Plaiter from Hochheimer, Schweizer & Co. patented April 16, 1878. There is a metal piece measuring 11.75” x 8.25”. Also a wood piece covered with a wool fabric. Measures. 18” x 10.5”. Notice the directions in the wood and on the back of the large piece.
