It is a hand held, robust and versatile radiometer with an accuracy unmatched in the industry. This unit includes a set of connector adapters to accommodate a range of devices within a soft carrying case. To save power the unit is designed to turn on only when lightguide is inserted.Used primarily to calibrate high power UV light sources such as those found in UV curing systems, the connector adapters included fit a range of different light guides (fiber wands). The R-5000 Radiometer consists of a non-imaging optical interface that virtually eliminates measurement variation caused by variations in the light source and an optical detector system that responds to wavelengths in the range of 250 to 600 nm.
