This comical fellow is made of felt, with a jointed head, and a wire armature body. He still has his original ribbon and is in good condition for the age. You will see in the photos that he has age discoloration to his felt face and 2 tiny moth holes. Measures 14-1/4" tall. Circa 1920's. Made in England.
