Description: For sale here is a very rare version with the “other” permit number that hardly any of these have, vintage, clear, tall, round, embossed, slug plate, quart milk bottle. Fairhaven Farms, Sykesville, MD in slug plate. 1629 on shoulder which was their permit number. Almost all of the Fairhaven bottles have permit number 5924, have only seen a handful like this. Dated 1944 on the base. About 9.5 inches tall. No chips or cracks. Some smaller flakes around the heel. Scratches and casewear. Embossing a little on the lighter side but still good.
