These special instruments are custom designed to offer the Ultimate in Tone, Playability and Feel.This particular guitar is built to modified '56 Strat specs and has a very special hand-distressed, Journeyman Relic finish. Another nifty feature is the push button switch hidden discretely in the center of the volume knob. When activated this puts the neck / bridge pickup combination at your fingertips. Of course all the classic Stratocaster sounds you know and love are still there too - Right where they should be. A set of Custom Shop Hand Wound Master Design Limited pickups provide plenty of spank, twang and sparkle with just enough extra beef to keep things sounding meaty.The neck is designed for comfort with a custom 10/56 Soft "V" profile and carved from a solid piece of quarter-sawn Maple for the utmost in stability and tone. Easier chording, faster leads and no fretting out when you go for the big bends thanks to the 1&11/16" nut width, flatter 9.5" fingerboard radius and 6105 fret wire. Adjustments are a breeze too! The Truss Rod is accessible from the headstock, so you no longer have to remove the neck for a tweak.
