I fell in love with the beautiful wood grain of the ash body and bought it, but I own other guitars and haven't played it much, so I'm selling it. It's a used guitar, so there are scratches and dents, but it's in good playing condition. Currently, Fender Telecasters in this class are made of basswood, so this is a great option for those looking for an ash body. Subjectively, the frets don't seem to be worn down much. The pickups are currently mounted with US-Vintage pickups, which are no longer in production. The switch, pots, and wiring have been upgraded. I will include the removed parts. There has been a small crack in the paint at the neck joint since I bought it, but it hasn't progressed, so I think it's just a paint issue. This seems to be common with Fender guitars.
