Based on the popular late 60s style Telecaster Thinline, this custom model uses the high-quality wood "koa", which is also popular as a ukulele material, for the top! The body top is made of "koa", a tropical wood that is representative of Hawaii, and mahogany is selected for the back. The warm tone of the mahogany is tightened with the clear tone of the koa, creating a refreshing sound with an airy feel unique to the Thinline. Koa is not only beautiful in sound, but is also used in luxury furniture and Hawaiian accessories, and you can enjoy its characteristic grain. This is a special guitar that combines clear and refreshing acoustic characteristics with a look reminiscent of the tropics. This model is equipped with two single pickups, which are not available in the current model. You can enjoy the single sound unique to the semi-hollow body Telecaster, which is different from the current model with a wide range humbucker. The neck is "U" shaped with a nut width of 1.615" (41.02 mm) and a narrow grip that is easy to fit in Japanese hands. Finished with a natural finish that makes the most of the wood's natural grain, each guitar has a different look.
