The New American Vintage Series is a new, professionally pursued and analyzed innovative US guitar making that can be said to be the roots of Fender. Unfortunately, production has been completed. This is a jazz bass reprint version from around 1964 with an alder body and a rounded rosewood fingerboard. All lacquer finish. The nut width is approximately 38mm, making it a slightly slender neck grip. There is no repair history or parts replacement. Externally, there is a small bald paint on the neck pocket and a crack in the paint on the side of the neck plate, but although there are some minor scratches, overall it is in pretty good condition. Currently, the neck is almost straight, and the current string height is 2.2 mm for the 4th string at the 12th fret, and 2.0 mm for the 1st string. There are no noticeable fluctuations that pose a particular problem. The truss rod has been confirmed to work in both directions, and the frets have about 85-90% remaining. Strings used: 045-100.
