It includes: A 1945 collection of Twenty Studies For the Guitar (edited by Andres Segovia) A 1969 Ricordi Edition transcription of Introduction and Allegro: Grand Solo op. 14 by Jos de Azpiazu Der Abschied (aus opus 21) from the Schott Gitarren-Archiv (Germany) Loose old photocopies of Study in D, Study in D Minor, and Minuet in C Der Abschied has a large water stain (see pic) but is completely readable. The Segovia collection has been taped on the spine and is coming apart again. I'll leave it up to you whether you want to further repair it.
