The jacket comes as shown in very good pre-owned condition. The sex of the jacket is undeterminable so I will call it unisex. It has belt loops at the waist but there is not belt...and it does not look like a jacket that needs a belt. It zips and buttons, double closure. There is a tag at the collar that says this is a size 42. I am a size 44R with a stocky build and this is very large on me so for the size will go with measurements.
