Description: Two books on the topic of film noir, both of them are analysis and theory. The James Naremore book is very popular, and the John T Irwin is a little less known, but nevertheless, very well done. Unfortunately, the hardcover has damage to the rear cover and rear pages, as you can see in the photos, but it is still perfectly usable. Minor markings in the texts, a bit heavier marking on the back end paper of one of the books. The John Irwin book is usually a $20 book but I’ve practically cut it in half due to the damage.
