Description: If you live in Hawaii or PR please contact me before purchasing one of these models!This is a large model Showroom/Service Center 1-24 to 1-25 scale which is a fairly large scale but this is large for 1-24 to 1-25 scale it's about 24" x 24" x 9" high so it does require some display space in your collection. It' made of all wood products MDF and solid wood parts with clear plastic windows which have protective paper on them in the photos that is why they look frosted instead of clear. This model is built to order and This is a finished model colors to be decided by buyer and myself. The two finished photos are just a couple possibilities of finishes! All the garage doors and people door lift up and out so they can be posed opened or closed-the roof lifts off to show your inside displays-comes partially assembled you would finish the assemble after you paint it the assembly is not difficult involves gluing one piece of molding on each window and standing up the walls into slots on the floor and into my special easy fit corners takes about a half hour to assemble once you paint everything the way you want it everything is pre-cut no special tools needed. Mechanic's tool and Tire Shop tool set are available at a discount if either are bought with the model email me if you need info on either or both of those.
