Description: WELCOME FOOLISH MORTAL! To the best of my understanding, this is a fan made reproduction of the very first concept art pitched to Walt for the Haunted Mansion. Originally Marc Davis had the idea to use pre-existing art and add a ghoulish twist. In this case, a well known Thomas Gainsborough painting "The Honourable Mrs Graham" was redrawn and then a ghoul was to be hiding in the base and Constance's feather would transform in to an axe, implying she had axed our husband and hid him within the column. Eventually this idea was scrapped and Marc went on to sketch all new art for our beloved Mansion Black Widow Bride. These lenticular images are very difficult to photograph so watch the photo for a more accurate representation. Rest assured, you will love this piece of art. Also, the vertical lines you see in the extreme close up images... those are NOT pixelation (just part of the lenticular film, its normal). The print 16x24".
