Fisher Price Loving Family Dollhouse RESERVED FOR KARI FREISZ

Description: This is a wonderfully decked out and fully furnished complete dollhouse set in excellent condition. May need to clean it up a little. It has been stored for a very long time. But I think it is mostly clean and in really super condition. There are no broken pieces and no fading or damage as far as I can tell. There may a sticker that is starting to peel off or a possible scuff here or there but nothing that will take away from the overall awesomeness of this house. There is a mark on the front I can see in the first pic, that might come off. Try magic eraser. There is a wonderful assortment of furniture and accessories for every room! So much I could barely get it all in. There are family members and pets as well! Some of the items do special things. The vanity light in the parents' room actually lights up. The car plays songs when the steering wheel is depressed. It plays a different tune each time. There are a few fabric items you may want to wash up. The fridge is stocked with food, as well as pies and bread, and snacks not in the fridge. The tv stand in the daughter's room has a video game console tucked in the bottom. And the attic is a fully stocked game/music room! The Mom in the nursery I believe is a barbie brand doll. That's the only item, I believe, that is not fisher price brand. Forgive me if I am wrong on any of that. I do not know for sure. House will need to be reassembled. We had to take it partially apart to get it to fit into any sort of box. There are no assembly instructions but I believe you can put it back together just by looking at the picture in this listing. Just be very careful not to use too much force as the plastic has become a little bit brittle. We didn't break anything taking it apart and I wouldn't want you to break anything putting it back together. It is nice and sturdy once assembled. My Hubny did offer to jot you a little instruction if you request it. We won't include that unless you ask for it. Because I have to open the box, and tape it back up. I forgot to measure the height before we took it apart, but I would guesstimate height to be almost three ft or that range. It's about as wide as it is tall. So. It's big. 3 stories. The box is very big and will probably need to be shipped fed ex or ups. I added shipping details as best I could.
