The Gregorian Santa Figurine Hand Painted in soft, muted pastel greens, ivory, silver and gold will add nostalgia and warmth to your holiday season. This Santa is gorgeous with light age and wear in the form of light paint wear. I do not see any chips or cracks. He is missing the lantern that he typically carries. He will be shipped in his original box which definitely shows age and wear with dings, dents, rips, rubbing etc. Please review the listing photos and video to make your own assessment of the items condition prior to purchasing. I can also send you a picture of the box if you would like to see it before purchase. ****IF THERE ARE ISSUES WITH SHIPPING**** I try very hard to over protect every item I ship using bubble wrap, lots of paper, and plenty of recycled padding so that there is absolutely NO movement in the package. The post office is normally very good about delivering on time and delivering the item intact, however, there is occasionally breakage and or damage. If your item arrives damaged or broken do NOT throw ANYTHING away. Please send me pictures of the box, packing materials and issues with the item. I will file a claim and then will send you the claim number. The post office will require that the box, packing material and broken/damaged item be brought to your local post office (I am told that they will return the item to you after completion of ‘the claim). Once you have dropped the item at your local post office I will issue our agreed upon refund through Etsy. If you instead prefer to pay to have your item shipped back to me that is fine as well but please make sure to include the original box and all original packing material. I will issue our agreed upon refund once I receive the item.
