They don't slide around much on the glass, they don't scratch and they just work great. Period. We made this for us to put on the glass of the machine next to the one we were working on to hold all the nuts/bolts/screws tools and then be able to walk away with it all together if we didn't finish and wanted to stop or if someone wanted to play that game, this works 100% for all that and more.
